The Challenge
DDR were tasked with carrying out a full refurbishment of the JRD Servery at Invicta Park Barracks. The existing servery units had reached end of life and required full decommissioning, with the space needing a complete modernisation to meet current building regulations and service standards.
OUR APPROACH
First, all the old units were decommissioned and removed ready to be safely disposed of. We then gave the floor a professional polish and redecorated the walls, giving the servery a fresh new feel.
We supplied and installed four new serving counters, a 'grab and go' fridge, two warmer counters and a utility counter. All installations were carried out fully compliant with building regulations and BS, DSP & DEP standards - delivering a much more modern environment for both customers and kitchen staff.
