Instructions received are usually processed on the same day. It is essential that we are told immediately the debtor contacts you or makes a payment. When a case goes to court, interest on the outstanding debt can be added, which could sometimes be more than our fee. This will help reduce your costs.

Creditors risk bad publicity if they are over enthusiastic in the collection of debts, remember that: harassment of debtors is a criminal offence, but enforcing payment of a liability by legal methods is permitted. Our very determined, legitimate and tactful approach will not tarnish your image, and our success rate is high.

DDR Procedure

A letter is sent to the debtor demanding payment within 7 days. If nothing is heard, personal visits are usually made by DDR to establish how the account will be paid. This can either be in instalments or in one amount. We collect; we do not encourage payments by post. You know as well as we do excuses are made and promised payments do not arrive.

If we accept instalments, we will endeavour to obtain as much as possible per instalment. Our payment is commission based, so it is in our interests to do this!

Regular Statements

On a regular basis, we will send you the monies recovered less any charges incurred.
